Refund

After we receive your returned item, it will be carefully inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria: original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. Once the return is approved, we will initiate your refund. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refunded amount to be processed and reflected in your original method of payment. Kindly note that shipping and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund total.

Partial COD Refund Terms:

For Partial COD orders, if the product was refused at delivery, only the prepaid ₹500 amount will be refunded after deducting shipping charges. If the product was accepted and later returned, the refund will be processed for the full amount paid (prepaid + balance), minus shipping and return shipping costs.
