Return & Exchange Policy

Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted. Exchanges are only allowed for size-related issues. Your first exchange is free. Standard shipping fees will apply for any additional exchanges. The exchange item will be dispatched once the original product is received. If the requested size is out of stock, you will need to wait until it is restocked. If the product will not be restocked at all, you may choose another item of equal or similar value. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly. Customized products are not eligible for exchange or return. While we do accept returns, return shipping costs are not covered and will be deducted from your refund. To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Partial COD Terms:

For Partial COD orders, a prepaid amount of ₹500 is collected at checkout. If the product is refused at delivery, shipping charges will be deducted from the prepaid amount, and no further refund is applicable. If the product is accepted and later returned or exchanged, refunds and exchanges will be processed based on the full amount paid (₹500 prepaid + balance paid at delivery). Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount as usual. Exchanges will be processed only after the original product is received and inspected.
